Our Pricing Structure
We offer a range of sessions to suit your family’s schedule. Here’s a breakdown of our costs:
We charge hourly, unlike a nursery they are not restricted to all day morning or afternoon
- Full Day We charge £7.50 per hour for any unfunded hours
- After School Club 3pm – 6pm – £7.50 per hour
These fees include snacks, and all resources required for daily activities. Additional charges may apply for outings or specialised classes, which will be communicated in advance.
Funding and Support for Childcare Costs
We understand that childcare can be a significant expense, which is why we’re proud to accept a variety of funding and support schemes to help reduce costs.
Tax-Free Childcare
Eligible families can benefit from the government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme, which offers up to £2,000 per year per child (or £4,000 if your child has a disability). For every £8 you pay into your childcare account, the government will add £2.
Tax Credits for Childcare

Government Funding
We are proud to offer funded childcare places for eligible families. These schemes include:
Funded Childcare from 9 Months Old
If you meet certain criteria, your child could be eligible for 15/30 hours of funded childcare per week during term time (or 570 hours spread across the year). This funding helps families access high-quality early education.
Families on Universal Credit may be eligible for funding to cover up to 85% of childcare costs for children aged 9 months and older. This support is designed to make returning to work more affordable.
2-Year-Old Funding
If you meet certain criteria, your child could be eligible for 15/30 hours of funded childcare per week during term time (or 570 hours spread across the year). This funding helps families access high-quality early education.
3- and 4-Year-Old Funding (15 & 30 Hours)
All families are entitled to 15 hours of free childcare per week for children aged 3 and 4 years old, starting the term after their third birthday. For working parents, this can be extended to 30 hours per week (1,140 hours annually).
